La Voix du Planteur and Aïcha respect the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU regulation 2016/679) and of ARTCI (the Ivorian telecommunications regulator, under law no. 2013-450 on personal data protection). Farmers’ data is never sold.

Data collected and purposes :

  • Contact form: name, organisation, email, phone and message, used only to answer your request (legal basis: your consent). Kept for at most 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Story suggestions (“Your voice matters”): name, phone, location, crop, description and optional photo, used only to review the suggestion and contact you. Kept for at most 2 years.
  • Aïcha on WhatsApp: your messages are used to give you advice suited to your crop and region. They are never sold or used for political purposes.
  • Browsing: this site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools.

Recipients : the La Voix du Planteur team and its technical providers (Netlify hosting, WhatsApp messaging), bound by data-protection contractual clauses.

Your rights : you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@lavoixduplanteur.com. We reply within one month.

Complaints : you can contact ARTCI (Côte d’Ivoire) or the CNIL (European Union).
